Aspire Personnel is an award-winning, boutique recruitment agency delivering a better and more enjoyable experience when recruiting; for discerning clients and candidates alike.

The client wanted to increase its reach to candidates, refresh their brand and make use of the technology available in the digital world, to enable and increase recruiting efficiency and service.

Aspurian Digital were tasked to develop and implement a marketing plan that would increase ROI and brand exposure. Developed in phases, we set out the following projects to be completed:

  • WordPress Website using a custom theme and enriched with high ranking SEO techniques
  • Mobile Application built in-house by our programming experts
  • Social Media channel implementation and growth strategy developed by our content and digital marketing experts

The Solution & Final Good

Aspurian Digital completed the following projects to get Aspire Personnel to where the business needed to be:

Website: A WordPress website was built using a custom theme that would be accessible from a broad range of devices and browsers (such as Apple iOS mobile phones, Android smartphones, Chrome internet browser and Safari internet browser). The design was fully responsive, included the relevant contact forms for conversion of visitors to potential candidates/clients, had a user-friendly admin area, was built and tested to be highly secure so that data could be collected and scored highly within Google’s website ranking algorithm (SEO).

Mobile Application: A custom mobile application was developed as a bespoke project, in order to make the communication process as accessible as possible. No other recruitment agency had developed its own application, making Aspire Personnel an innovative and forward-thinking business within a crowded industry. The application would be available to download from all mobile devices (Android and Apple iOS), meaning that potential candidates located further away could be spoken to and interviewed via the in-built video-conferencing feature.

Social Media: Once a strong website was in place, a social media strategy was developed to build an audience within the target market. After a detailed audit of the business; Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn were put forward as the best platforms to build a digital strategy. The channels were created and regular, quality content was pushed out consistently. Using our knowledge and skills of targeted, interactive campaigns each channel was successfully grown and maintained.
